Our stay started off quite bumpy, but the engaging atmosphere eventually brightened our experience. The lush grounds and clean pools were truly a highlight, making it a picturesque getaway. However, the dining arrangements and excessive noise disrupted our tranquility during the stay, particularly during meal times and near our room. There are definitely some areas for improvement, especially around service and food quality.

The hotel is beautifully set within lush surroundings, creating a peaceful environment. While I loved the spacious family rooms and the welcoming staff, the dining experience could use improvement, as the food was often lukewarm, and there were limited options for those with dietary restrictions. The amenities like the aqua park are fantastic for families, but the noise level near the bars can be overwhelming at times.
